Cooling Equipment Rebates:
Central Air Conditioner
Minimum Efficiency Level: Compressor and coil combination that yield >= SEER 18 and EER 13
Will require a variable speed blower on either furnace or air handler to qualify.

- < 55 Gallons Energy Factor (EF) .67 or greater UEF 0.64 or greater > 55 Gallons 90% or greater Thermal Efficiency (TE) UEF 0.85 or greater with sealed combustion
- ENERGY STAR qualified
- Power Vented

Tankless Gas Water Heater
Minimum Efficiency Level: Uniform Energy Factor (EF) of .90 or greater and ENERGY STAR qualified - On-demand

Water Combi Boiler
Minimum Efficiency Level: AFUE 90% or greater
Rebate: $700 - Navien NCB Combi-boiler
Combination Rebate Boiler and Water Heater
Minimum Efficiency Level: Install a qualifying Boiler noted above AND a qualifying Water Heater, OR a qualifying stand alone water heater (see minimum efficiency for water heaters above, OR an indirect water heater attached to the qualifying boiler.)

Minimum Efficiency Level: AFUE 95% - 96%
Rebate: $250 - GMVC96 Modulating Two-Stage, Variable-Speed ECM
Gas Furnace Tier 2
Minimum Efficiency Level: AFUE 97% or greater and ENERGY STAR qualified
Rebate: $500 - GMVM97 Modulating Variable-Speed ECM Gas Furnace, GMSS96 Multi-Speed Gas Furnace and GMEC96 Multi-Speed Gas Furnace
Combination Rebate Furnace and Water Heater**
Minimum Efficiency Level: Qualifying gas furnace (see minimum efficiency for furnaces noted above); AND EITHER: A qualifying standalone water heater (see minimum efficiency for water heaters above, Tier 1 Rebate: $700) OR an indirect-fired water heater attached to the qualifying furnace, Tier 2 Rebate: $950.
*AFUE (Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency)
** Tier 2 Qualifying gas furnaces as noted above and either attached to a qualifying standalone water heater OR an indirect-fired water heater are eligible for a $950 rebate.
