My Keil tech Ever arrived well within the scheduled time window. He was professional, knowledgeable and available to answer any questions I had. He was excellent!

We were very pleased with our technician. He was very knowledgeable and showed us that our filter was too high of a MERV rating and it tripped the switch on the furnace. We did not know there was such a feature.

I understand inflation, but the steadily rising yearly cost for this 25/30 minute service is exorbitant (thank God no boiler parts needed to be replaced this year). Increased charges are quite high; especially for customers on fixed incomes.

Cole handled season prep promptly and explained his actions along the way. Also helped with understanding of a new thermostat.

Paul was very professional and very honest regarding the state of my furnace.

Jonathan was polite, but not too many people follow the service man around. So I have to assume he did a good job. The only thing I’m confused about is the Keil dollars. I think those should be explained to the customer. After reading the explanation, I was even more confused.

Had a great annual furnace service visit from Cole today. He was friendly as could be, and did the usual thorough job I’ve come to appreciate from Kiel. He was also happy to answer questions I had about the furnace, after last year’s visit revealed a lot of dust build up caused by my cat litter. New litter = way less dust in the furnace, glad I could make Cole’s job a little easier! My furnace just turned 14 and is still humming along nicely. Glad to have Kiel and their staff keeping it that way year and year.
