Quick to come out and and diagnose my 24 year old furnace on a holiday unlike PSE&G who apparently don't consider not having heat as an emergency. Worked with me on pricing, corrected an unrelated water heater flue issue free of charge and even lent a space heater to use during the short day wait until new furnace was installed. Techs were very careful to protect floors (put down rugs) and walls while working. Very courteous, neat and thorough in explaining the work as well as operation of the new unit.
