Yearly cleaning
Keil has been great since they installed my air conditioning about 4 years ago. They always come on time or at least phone if going to be late. They are always friendly and courteous and extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

The serviceman arrived early and focused on finding the cause of the problem. He ran some tests and came to a conclusion as to cause and then took action to remedy the problem. He was very professional in his promptness, explanations and handling. The problem seems to be solved.

Little different than what I was told but I think it turned out ok
Wade I was happy you were there to oversee the furnace installation but I was told and it was written on my work order that Wade only was to install my furnace. I was not happy with the A/C install as there were several problems so you can imagine when I saw the same 2 installers I was not thrilled. However I hope you were able to make sure all was done correctly. I do appreciate you being there. Thanks
