James was right on time. He took his time and did the complete inspection. He did notice there was a small electrical box on the outside compressor that had some leads exposed and suggested it be fixed to avoid future issues. James was here last week when I had a problem with the steam boiler and he was able to fix it. While he was working I noticed a noise of running water and noticed a pipe was leaking. I brought it to his attention and he said it looked like a drain pipe from where he was working. I called the plumber and they told me it was a steam pipe and that pressure valve may have gotten stuck. I mentioned it to James when he arrived today and he looked at it. I told him what happened and he apologized. He said to keep an eye on it and if it continues to call and ask for someone to come out.

Absolute, helpful and considerate gentlemen, Wade and Mike. Though as I have been a customer for over 20 years, the price of the hot water heater exceeded my budget.

Got a few quotes but there was never a doubt I wanted Keil to do the Job.. Needed to change our old furnace and A/C. Anthony came to do the quote and I called back and booked the same day. Day of the install Wade and Juan arrived right on time. Laid down mats to keep everything clean and got to work. 7 hours later both units were up and running. Everything was clean and they walked us through the job. Could not have been more satisfied.. Keil you’re looking to have work done, get your quotes but, Keil is who you want. Great job guys.
