Competent and personable service man

I was contacted by Keil as they had not yet scheduled my annual maintenance and asked if they could come in 20 minutes as they had someone available. I accommodated their request and someone was at my house in 20 minutes. I heard him on the phone 3-4 times and asked if all was ok - he told me he was getting help from his supervisor. I was concerned that he needed so much help and that Keil would send such an inexperienced technician. I called Keil and requested they send another technician with more experience. They did so right away and the maintenance was completed without issue.
