I was in a jam on the coldest day of the year with no heat, called around and no one could accommodate me. Kiel had someone in my home within the hour, diagnosed the issue and while I didn't like the news that I needed a new heater. They managed to get my heat working to get me through the night .The very next day first thing in the morning they were at my door and went to work. The workers were all professional and courteous. And so far looks like they did a great job. Barbara Kiel was very helpful in the decision process for me, in that having to spend for a new heater last minute was a bit unnerving . She never made me feel pressured to make a decision and held my appointment while I thought about NY decision. I liked their guarantees that reassured me that if I wasn't satisfied they would make it right. Thank you to Eddie, Dan , Barbara and the rest of the team that came to our rescue.
