Great work! & On time!

The Keil field tech Yang arrived on time, was professional and very thorough. The price is expensive however, you get what you pay for. I don’t want the cheapest, I want the best working on my equipment in my house. This is why I chose Keil.

Dane was quite knowledgeable, and very informative, however a service man had to come back the next day because when re-installing the dryer, he forgot to turn on the gas valve and therefore the dryer was not producing heat to dry clothes.

Service man was professional & very nice.

John was extremely thorough in the furnace maintenance that he performed. He explained what he did and reviewed what I need to do as a home owner. He recommended a carbon monoxide detector and floor water leak detector both of which I purchased. He has a very pleasant demeanor and was very considerate of not tracking dirt into my home. Excellent employee!!
