Came on a Sunday for nonfunctional AC and tried replacing 2 parts but that didn’t fix it. Sr. Technician came early Mon. when it was cooler and confirmed we needed a new compressor. Crew came and worked in the stifling heat for several hours replacing the compressor, making necessary modifications to the inside unit, etc. Had AC later that same afternoon!!!

Asanti was pleasant and seemed to be very thorough. I was pleased when he told me the A.C. systems checked out just fine. Hope to see him on another service call.

Serviceman did a great job

Yang was polite and respectful as my husband is ill and was still asleep. He planned his work with our convenience In mind. He suggested replaceable filters in the electronic unit so I won’t have to frequently wash them as I have been. He was able to easily access the unit in the attic through a trap door in a closet. This has been a problem over the years for some big heavy service men.
