Randy was great! However, I had a coupon (new home owner) and was unable to apply that to the service bill. This was a little disappointing.

Yoon H is a great service man. Kind, understanding, expert service. A pleasure to have him help us. Since our health issues, which started last year when my husband became ill, it is I, the wife, who has had to deal with maintenance. Yoon and been wonderful.

From the price, to customer service, to installation, Keil was exceptional. The fellow that came and did the estimate for our new AC was professional and very easy to work with--no high-pressure tactics at all! As for the installation, can't be beat. The two installers arrived as scheduled, did a highly skilled and professional and clean install, and left the area tidy. Very impressed with the installers. Would not hesitate for a second to recommend Keil to anyone looking for a good company and very skilled and professional people to work with.

He performed service and explained all service points he covered. Yang explained the paperwork, made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns and was on his way. Over all, a great job well done.
