John, the technician who came today, was most gracious, knowledgeable and caring about my furnace. He answered my questions politely and patiently. I salute Keil for having this gentleman on its staff.
Technician provided excellent service on the heating system. Gave helpful information on making the system more efficient and also info on cleaning air ducts.
The technician arrived on time (I had gotten a call ahead of time from the office to tell me that he was finishing up previous home and would be at my house next). Of course he put his special boots on when entering my home so didn't bring in any dirt from outside. When he finished tuning up the heating system and installing new humidifier pad he explained everything to me. totally thorough and totally knowledgeable and totally professional. John was polite and nice and appeared to know what he was doing. I gave you a 5 for quality but personally it is not a fair question since I am not in a position to opine on the quality of the service. I don't believe this is a fair question to ask a customer who is not knowledgeable on AC maintenance and repair. As far as convenience I only gave you a 3. Every year I pay in advance for next year's service. I should be getting a call in May to schedule my service. Instead, every year I have to call. If I did not call, I wonder if I would have gotten a call from Keil. For those regular customers that pay in advance, it should be Keil calling early in the season to schedule maintenance and not leaving this up to the customer.
