The Keil representative who made sure my heating/air conditioning equipment was working properly for the upcoming season was most gracious, knowledgable and exhibited a sincerity in caring that all was in top-notch condition. I also felt that Keil customers' satisfaction is very important to Keil.

YOON was very thorough and did much more than was done last year. He even noticed that the unit was off balance and will send someone over to rebalance. That could have caused a leaking problem, I think. He then washed the outside unit. Very personable and patient with my questions. Wouldn't mind having him come again next year!
