I did not appreciate the fact that John claim to know his history about my country which was false. Alleging that there are a lot of drugs coming from my native country into the USA. Pointing to my son saying that he doesn’t want to give him any ideas about how people steal luxury cars and ship and also drugs from Afghanistan come thru our shipping port to the USA That is false, disrespectful to my homeland and family and pure racism. I resent those comments

My heating unit received its annual PM this week. The tech Mr. Yang was prompt for his appointment window. He was professional and thorough. After who took the time to explain in detail all the work performed and answer any questions.

The technicians are always very professional and friendly. Everything from start to finish was great. Very confident all services are completed to the highest degree! The technician today was great, he knew exactly how old my furnace was and completed the job quickly and efficiently, went over everything that had been done, was extremely patient and answered every question I had thoroughly. Thank you!!

Keil always gives me a professional, thorough checkup of my heating system in he fall and my A/C system in the spring. They explain everything they did to check out all parts of the system. The techs are very neat, always wearing bootiesd over their shoes when they enter the house. Polite and friendly.
