John was an excellent technician...he was very professional and explained everything he was doing, as well as took the time to ask if I had questions...and, he made sure the problem was corrected...

AN EXPENSIVE SERVICE CALL WHICH WAS OF NO VALUE. THE SERVICE AGENT WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS BUT JUST INFORMED ME THAT A NEW UNIT WAS ONLY SOLUTION. I HAD A LATER AGENT QUOTE Me A PRICE TO INSTALL A NEW UNIT THAT WAS $2000. higher than a later quote from a local plumber for a peerless boiler that has a thicker block and same items in your quote, minus any installment payments. I've had you replace my central air conditioning system several years ago and I pay for a yearly service plan. I believe since no attempt to fix boiler or be given a repair option, I should not be charged for a full service call. The plumber who responded to my call was able to repair the boiler by replacing the circulating pump which had shorted due to water leaking into circuitry from corrudted seals.

Kiel was an excellent company to deal with for the installation of our new central air system from beginning to the end of the project. Their service providers were punctual, courteous, and had excellent communication skills; this included: the receptionist, estimate provider(Anthony), installation manager(Dan) and Dan’s assistant workers(Dan and Joe) were also very mannerly and hard working. After the job was completed, I was grateful that Dan was able to patiently educate me(an air conditioner newbie) about the new system’s functions in a clear easy to understand way. Additionally, his workmanship with his two assistants looked like a work of art after being finished—-house was clean too! I highly recommend Kiel’s expertise and professionalism if you are interested in receiving superior service for your heating and cooling systems. 🤓

I found Asanti to be knowledgeable on what he was doing. I appreciated how he answered any questions I had . I really liked how he worked through the progression of air exchangers and then moving to the outside condenser units. I have passed your location for the last 27 years on my commute to NYC and wondered if your were more commercial oriented than residential . I will recommend your company in the future to anyone who asks .

The workers were knowledgeable and efficient. Dan was thorough and informative with each step of the process. We appreciated his respectfulness of our home and the house was left in the same condition as before the work started. It was comfortable to have each individual in our home. We look forward to enjoy our air conditioning unit.
