William Johnson has been to my house twice in the past year for maintenance on the central air and heating systems in my home. He is the most polite, respectful person that I have ever met. He completed the maintenance in the time allotted and was 're assuring that the systems were set to go. William deserves a gold star and some kind of employee or the month or year award. Also the phone representatives are efficient as well.
