William did fine and it was good that you called to see if you could come by earlier than scheduled (this worked out well for me). One point to note... I think you ought call to schedule regular maintenance earlier than the end of December - better would be early November.

I had both of my furnaces break at the same time, leaving me in the in the cold. Kiel came in the next day and was able to replace both units in a single day. Excellent, professional service.

KEIL technicians installed one of my furnaces today. It was a three man job and the installation of the new unit and removal of the old one went off without a hitch. They left my house as clean as it was before they came.

I did not think it necessary to dismantle and clean the burner parts this soon but Randy says he does all his annual maintenance that way. He was very thorough and pleasant.
